During the visit to the Republic of Belarus the meeting of the delegation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus was held 17 august 2023

Today, as part of the visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan headed by the Minister of Justice Azamat Nesipbayevich, a round table meeting was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. The Chairman of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Major-General of Justice Alexey Volkov and the Head of the Scientific and Practical Center of the State Committee Vadim Poznyak took part in the event.

The State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus has been fruitfully cooperating with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of forensic expert activity for more than one year. The Agreement on Cooperation between the agencies was signed in 2015. The Agreement served as a solid foundation for further cooperation, during which it was possible to build strong bilateral relations.

The range of interaction is constantly expanding and is of an applied nature: it is an exchange of experience, and further training in various types of forensic examinations, and the development of methodological materials.

The Agreement on Cooperation between the Scientific and Practical Center of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the Forensic Examinations Center of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan was signed during the round table meeting. The cooperation of these organizations will be aimed at improving the effectiveness of the crime counteraction through the active use of modern methods and means of forensic examination.

“The signed Agreement meets the interests of both countries and will contribute to strengthening the national security of the states”, said Alexey Volkov.
After the round table meeting, the participants of the event laid a wreath and flowers at the Victory Monument, honoring the memory of soldiers and civilians who died during the Great Patriotic War.
