The Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan are increasing cooperation in the field of forensic examination 1 december 2023

From November 30 to December 1, 2023 the delegation of the State Forensic Examination Committee is on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of bilateral meetings is to visit the Forensic Examination Center of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and partnership development between expert agencies of both countries.

During the meeting the Belarusian side got acquainted with the main activities of the Center and technical equipment of some scientific laboratories. The information system “E – saraptama” (“E – examination”) that allows automating the processes of information exchange between forensic expert bodies and initiators of the appointment of examinations, as well as the methodology of a complex research of a signature made by graphic tablet with a stylus pen, which is of considerable interest and is a very relevant area in the context of the growth of crimes in the digital sphere aroused particular interest.
“The visit of the delegation of the State Committee to Kazakhstan is another step towards strengthening and developing relations between our states in the field of forensic expert activity. This is an opportunity not only to exchange experience, but also to discuss further ways of interaction”, noted the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee Yury Ovsiyuk.

The Kazakh side expressed gratitude for the opportunity to train experts at the Institute of Further Training and Retraining of the Personnel of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus noting the high quality of training of forensic experts in the Republic of Belarus. Since the establishment of interagency cooperation between expert agencies of both countries 5 groups of trainees from the Forensic Examination Center of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been trained at the Institute of the State Committee in various forensic expert specialties.


At the end of the meetings both sides confirmed the high potential of cooperation of both countries in the field of forensic examination, noted the common desire to raise the level of bilateral relations and the interest in further promoting cooperation in the field of forensic expert activity.
